Elk Carne Asada Burrito Bowls

Ingredients: – elk steak – limes – orange – olive oil – red wine vinegar – cilantro – garlic – jalapeño – salt – cumin – chili powder – cilantro lime rice – assorted toppings

Add marinade ingredients to an airtight container. Stir to combine.

Place elk steak in the marinade and turn to coat. Refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

Grill at 350°F for 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 120°F for medium-rare.
