Leftover Hamburger Bun Croutons

Ingredients: – brioche hamburger buns – olive oil – garlic powder – paprika – dried parsley – salt – black pepper

While the oven is preheating to 300°F, cut brioche buns into approximately ¾" cubes.

Arrange the bread cubes in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

Drizzle olive oil over the bread cubes.

Sprinkle seasonings (garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and black pepper) over the bread cubes.

Toss with your hands until all the bread cubes are coated in olive oil and the spice mixture. This can also be done in a large mixing bowl.

Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until all croutons are crispy and golden brown, stirring every 5-10 minutes.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, in the fridge for up to 1 month, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
