Homemade Mushroom Salt

Ingredients: – dried wild mushrooms – smoked sea salt flakes – dried rosemary

Step 1: Place mushrooms and rosemary in a mini food processor, spice grinder, or blender.

Step 2: Blend until the mixture becomes a fine powder. A few small pieces are ok.

Step 3: Add smoked sea salt flakes to the mushroom powder.

Step 4: Pulse until the desired consistency is achieved. If you want bigger pieces of salt, you only need to pulse it a few times.

Step 5: Store in an airtight container or jar in a cool place out of direct sunlight for up to 6 months for maximum freshness.
