Ingredients: – soy sauce – honey – sesame oil – rice vinegar – garlic – fresh ginger – sesame seeds – cod filets – green onions

Combine all glaze ingredients (soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds) in a small bowl.

Place the cod filets in a glass dish. Pat dry with paper towels.

Brush 1 tablespoon of the glaze over the tops and sides of the cod filets. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes - 2 hours. Reserve the remaining glaze for cooking.

Place the oven rack on the second rungs from the top and preheat the broiler to low. Line a small baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper. Place the cod filets on the sheet pan and brush with glaze.

Broil on low for 12-14 minutes, brushing with glaze every 2-3 minutes, or until you run out of glaze. You can continue brushing the filets with the glaze on the pan as well.

Turn the broiler on to high and broil for 4-5 more minutes, or until the outside is browned and the internal temperature reaches 135-140°F.

Garnish with green onions. Serve and enjoy!
