Step 2:Place the cod filets in a glass dish. Pat dry with paper towels.
Step 3: Brush 1 tablespoon of the glaze over the tops and sides of the cod filets. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes - 2 hours. Reserve the remaining glaze for cooking.
Step 4: Place the oven rack on the second rungs from the top and preheat the broiler to low. Line a small baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper. Place the cod filets on the sheet pan and brush with glaze.
