Wild Game Steaks
Whether it's backstrap, tenderloin, or lesser used cuts like eye of round and sirloin, everyone loves a good steak. But, wild game steaks need a little more care and attention than their beef counterparts. My favorite venison steak recipes use a "hot and fast" method to bring your steak to a perfect medium-rare while keeping all those delicious juices trapped inside and ready for you to dig into. I love a good ol' backstrap with salt and pepper just as much as you do, but it's fun to try something a little different too. Check out the steak recipes below for some inspiration for your harvest!
