    Wild Game Roasts

    Who says venison roast can only be made into pot roast? There are SO many other options for using your venison roasts in creative ways. Roasts are delicious in soups and stews but what about slicing them up for bulgogi lettuce wraps? Or brine them to turn them into corned venison?
