Miso Halibut Recipe

This miso halibut is a fun and super easy way to enjoy your catch. You'll be amazed at how much flavor is packed into this dish with very little effort!

Ingredients: – halibut filets – red miso paste – rice vinegar – soy sauce – minced ginger – soy-marinated shiitake mushrooms (optional) – sliced green onions

Gather the marinade ingredients: miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced ginger.

Mix marinade ingredients together in a small bowl.

Place halibut filets in a glass dish and spread marinade all over the top and sides of the fish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Place on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan and place under the broiler on low.

Broil for 7-9 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 130°F.

Top with soy-marinated mushrooms and sliced green onions. Enjoy!
